Finding And Hiring Top Talent For Our Clients. Responsibilities

  • Source and identify candidates using all platforms available Career Junction, LinkedIn, Pnet, Database etc.), and attract potential candidates via email/LinkedIn recruiter.
  • Proficient in updating, maintaining, and managing candidate information in systems like Placement Partner.
  • Conducted pre-screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and ensure alignment with available vacancies.
  • Assisted recruitment process by coordinating interviews, pre-screening candidates, and handling recruitment related administration.
  • Skilled in managing recruitment databases, updating candidate information, and performing bulk changes as needed.
  • Arranged interviews, scheduled meetings, and organized appointments with precision to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
  • Assisted in formatting candidate CVs according to company templates and gathering necessary documents to support.
  • Attended client briefing sessions to discuss available Job Opportunities and Recruitment processes.
  • Conducted reference checks to validate candidate qualifications and background, supporting the selection process.
  • Skilled in conducting exhaustive Boolean searches to find suitable candidates for specific roles.
  • Manage Candidate Pools: Oversee candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged for current and future opportunities.
  • Generate Recruitment Reports: Produce monthly reports highlighting crucial talent acquisition metrics.
  • Generate and Review Weekly Reports: Create a weekly report spreadsheet and review weekly recruitment reports from the team.
  • Seek Market Insights: Proactively gather market intelligence to gain a competitive edge in sourcing, assessment, and attraction methodologies.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Matric with 7 years’ experience in recruitment.
  • National Diploma with 5 years’ experience in recruitment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ experience in recruitment.
