Our Client

Our client is one of the leading groups in China's Construction Machinery Industry, known for producing a wide range of heavy machinery and providing reliable and cost-effective construction machinery solutions for various industries, including construction, mining, agriculture, and material handling.

The client seeks to fill the position of Service Manager for Congo-Kinshasa, with suitably qualified and competent individuals with in-depth knowledge of construction machinery and equipment, along with relevant technical expertise.

The Job

The Service Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of service operations and product development in overseas markets, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for promoting the company's excavator overseas aftermarket construction, and taking into account the company's other product aftermarket work.
  • Responsible for the construction and management of overseas agent service system.
  • Responsible for post-market training for overseas agents.
  • Responsible for product development and sales in the overseas aftermarket.
  • Responsible for excavator maintenance services in overseas markets and taking into account other product maintenance services.
  • Responsible for overseas market research.
Preferred Qualifications
  • College/ University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and other related majors.
  • Two years or more of work experience in a service role
  • Strong command of English and/or Chinese languages
  • Received product knowledge training on loaders, excavators, graders, road rollers, mining vehicles, and core components of construction machinery: electric control, hydraulic, electrical, transmission, and mechanical systems.

The right person should have the following skills and competencies:

  • Proficiency in using various office software.
  • Have good English or Chinese proficiency; fluent in English or Chinese oral expression and in writing.
  • Can easily adapt to the company culture and work habits.
  • Possess the personal quality of hard work and a strong sense of responsibility, high innovation ability and communication and coordination ability, and strong management, organization, decision-making and analysis, and judgment ability.
