Key Deliverables

  •  Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and the company’s objectives
  •  Analyse sales figures, customer reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
  •  Ensuring products 5P-(Product availability, Visibility, Pricing, promotion & People)
  •  Implementing the Key Accounts strategy in-store.
  •  Implementing in-store promo plan and managing
  •  promo investments.
  •  Close follow-up with the store for stocks and sales.
  •  Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts, quantities and time-scales
  •  maintain store shelves and inventory
  •  Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clearouts, etc
  •  Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  •  Remain up to date with the industry’s best practices
