1. HR outsourcing mainly Employer of Records (EOR), Professional Employer Organization (PEO) also referred to as Employee Leasing and outsourced Labor management
2. Recruitment including staff recruitment &selection, headhunting and executive search
3. Immigration Support including work permit and business VISA processing
4. Payroll including outsourced payroll management, payroll processing, and last-mile filling
THE POSITION
To strengthen our presence and grow our market share in the HR Outsourcing Agency business, we seek to fill the above positions in all the countries we operate in with agile, highly dynamic, and committed young sales professionals
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1. Develop and continuously update a directory of local businesses
2. Carry out market research on local business needs and opportunities they present to our business
3. Manage our Google Business Profile and social media pages for each country
4. Receive incoming business inquiries and respond with well-documented proposals
5. Make presentations to potential clients on our services and solutions
6. Develop a network of local business, professional and public persons of importance to our business
7. Represent the company in various forums
QUALIFICATIONS
The job holder should have the following qualifications:
· Must have a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) or Business Management Degree
· Must have a professional qualification in Sales & Marketing
· Must be proficient in digital, online, and social media marketing
