Position Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for Increasing the revenue through increased credit conversions within the stores including both OM and Operator channels.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Drive sell out by conversion of cash customers to credit
  • Increase in revenue through increased credit conversions within the stores including both OM and Operator channels
  • Ensure effective and efficient route compliance of the SR team including weekly planning and objectives
  • Increase of store coverage by 8 new stores per month to increase the Simu universe
  • Communicate Watu Simu activities to FF, FSS/M, Dealers and Customers in a timely manner (any changes in process, rates etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with all store staff and management
  • Recommend, implement and report on promotional activities in the region
  • Provide continuous feedback to management on competition market sensing & activities, recommend counter solutions to implement quick wins / fixes within the designated region
  • Identify training needs and escalate to trainer for action (including refreshers for stores that are finding difficulties in maintaining sell out.
  • Gather feedback from customer complaints, queries and requests and ensure resolution
  • Update WoW store performance and identify key indicators to increase sell out
  • Check on store capacity and stock status for appropriate Simu sell out
  • Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained
  • Negotiate POS material placement with store owners/managers.
  • Manage discretionary giveaways to ensure optimum return on investment
  • Any other task assigned by management.


Knowledge, Skills And Abilities


Education (degree/diploma)

Minimum Diploma in any business related field

Experience Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and Marketing and 2 years of experience working with a credit /fin tech company
