- Safety Reporting – Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Annually (Safe Day Calendar, DivSHE, Minerals Council, EXCO, Flash Summary, ARC, Board, ESG & Phephani)
- Analysis & Improvement of the Risk and Event Management System (Isometrix)
- Coordination of Internal Risk Review engagements across all operations.
- Conduct audits to ensure necessary reporting to DMPR is executed timeously by the operations
- Isometrix administrator functions
- Risk and Safety System Training
- Document Management of Risk and Safety templates
- Maintains quality reporting, achieving all set targets and applying the Risk Management methodology
- Provides Risk guidance on the consistent application of the Risk Management process
- Responsible for the monthly Risk Status Reporting

| Compliance, Risk Management, and Regulatory Affairs | National Diploma in Safety Management Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to produce consistently accurate, high-quality work A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a middle management safety professional Ability to engage, influence, challenge and inspire at all levels to achieve desired system outcomes Comprehensive understanding of Seriti Risk and Safety management processes Relevant experience in an electronic Safety management system preferably Isometrix Knowledge of applicable MHSA & OHSA legislation Technical skills in compiling presentations and reports Proficiency in MS Office Suite In possession or able to obtain a valid Certificate of Fitness Valid driver’s license |
