Job Summary

  • We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee critical projects in fibre installations and mast construction.
  • The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple projects as well as to fibre installation and mast construction.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to meet project goals while maintaining quality standards, budget, and timelines.

Key Deliverables

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of fibre optic installation and mast construction projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all project objectives are met within scope.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to address challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee the installation process and resolve any on-site issues.
  • Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards and within budget constraints.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects in energy, telecommunications, utilities, or similar industries.
  • Proven expertise in fibre optic and mast installation projects.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations within the energy and telecommunications sectors.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
