Key Deliverables

Market development and customer management:

  • Develop new customers (including wholesalers, catering enterprises, food processing plants, etc.) and promote palm oil and soybean oil products.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships, regularly visit and handle order, payment and after-sales service issues.

Market research and strategy execution:

  • Collect local edible oil market dynamics (e.g. prices, competitive products, consumption habits) and feed back to the company to optimize sales strategies.
  • Assist in the development of regional promotions (such as volume discounts, giveaways, etc.) to increase brand share.

Sales target achieved:

  • Complete the monthly/quarterly sales target, track the payment recovery, and ensure the safety of funds.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities

Basic conditions:

  • Nigerian citizen, aged 22-40, residing in the target business area.
  • University Degree or above, sales experience can be relaxed.

Experience and skills:

  • More than 3 years sales experience, FMCG (food, grain and oil).
  • Local resources: Those with wholesale market or community distribution network resources are preferred.
  • Communication skills: good at negotiation, able to adapt to frequent travel and high-intensity work.

Language and culture:

  • Proficiency in English and at least one local language (e.g. Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo).
  • Familiar with local business culture and community relations.

Other:

  • Honest and reliable, no bad credit history (need to provide references).


Special Benefits for this Position

  • Salary structure: base Salary: N100,000 - N350,000 monthly+ sales commission (negotiable according to experience and resources).
  • Benefits: transportation subsidy, communication subsidy, performance bonus, product knowledge training.
  • Promotion opportunities: Those with excellent performance can be promoted to regional manager or responsible for larger markets.
