Permanent Contract - HR Studies & Data in International Mobility (M/F)

TotalEnergies Gestion Internationale (TGI) supports and manages the international mobility of more than 1900 employees and their families in around one hundred countries thanks to a dedicated team, based in Geneva, and personalized support from departure to return from expatriation. 

To complete our teams, we are looking for our future Head of HR Studies and Data. 

 Data Analysis

• Ensure the consolidation and production of HR reports 
• Define, implement and develop management tools (KPIs, dashboards, social reports, etc.)
• Design social reports (BSI, workforce monitoring, etc.) for all populations managed by TGI (local and international)

Data quality and models

• Perform and oversee second-level quality checks on data entered into HRIS tools, in conjunction with operational teams.
• Update the salary simulation models
• Provide support, as needed, for updating the Rules for the Administration of Internationally Mobilized Staff
• Handling complex or sensitive cases

Digital tools and solutions expert

• Managing key IT projects 
• To act as a functional expert for certain tools
• Manage the evolution of the query tool (Power BI) and provide list templates adapted to the needs of operational teams.

Others

• Contribute to defining a comprehensive vision of TGI processes, by proactively proposing potential optimizations and innovations.
• Participate in the preparation of presentation materials and other content (brochures, intranet, etc.)
