PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To directly drive product and brand awareness across various channels and partners within Rwanda
RESPONSIBILITIES UNIQUE TO THE ROLE
% Contribution to job’s performance
To coordinate the development and alignment of annual marketing plans and budgets in line with the commercial strategy to attain annual revenue targets.
To promote SPOUTS brand to create awareness and brand visibility.
To coordinate branding and external communications across various platforms and media channels to build relationships.
To lead and develop the capability of the marketing team to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Any other roles added from time to time concerning departmental objectives
CONTRIBUTION TO STRATEGY
Contribution to annual departmental strategy and responsible for implementation of departmental strategy.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Team (Direct Reports)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
6 years’ experience in Marketing
Proficiency in computer skills
Business Understanding / Knowledge
Experience with buffer, google analytics and social media platforms
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Kinyarwanda
(MOST RELEVANT FOR THE JOB)
Production, HR, Operations, Customer service, IT & Sales
Partners & Customers
Regular travel between Head office and field.
