To directly drive product and brand awareness across various channels and partners within Rwanda |

To coordinate the development and alignment of annual marketing plans and budgets in line with the commercial strategy to attain annual revenue targets. | 30% | |
To promote SPOUTS brand to create awareness and brand visibility. | 30% | |
To coordinate branding and external communications across various platforms and media channels to build relationships. | 10% | |
To lead and develop the capability of the marketing team to increase efficiency and effectiveness. | 20% | |
Any other roles added from time to time concerning departmental objectives | 10% | |

REQUIREMENTS | ||
Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field. | |
Experience | 6 years’ experience in Marketing | |
Proficiency in computer skills | ||
Business Understanding / Knowledge | Experience with buffer, google analytics and social media platforms | |
Languages | Proficiency in spoken and written English and Kinyarwanda | |
