Junior Accounts Executive

Novus Print: Montague Gardens is currently looking to appoint an energetic and motivated person to accept responsibility as a Junior Accounts Executive in the Sales Department. The successful incumbent will report to the Team Leader: Client Services.

• Ensure client retention to achieve business targets
• Ensure the building of strong client relationships and client satisfaction
• Provide account management services and pro-active communication to all clients
• Manage jobs to ensure efficient workflow
• Manage, cultivate and support healthy working relationships between departments
• Manage and ensure seamless information flow and relationships with clients
• Provide solutions to clients based on market and industry segments they operate in
