Career Options Africa is a HR Consultancy firm specialized in Recruitment, HR outsourcing and Immigration support within the East African Region with offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and now Democratic Republic of Congo, Burundi, Nigeria, South Africa and South Sudan.
Following the opening of a Branch in 50/52 Toyin Street Opebi, Nigeria, COA seeks to fill the above position with a suitably qualified and competent Human Resource Officer with experience working in a busy business environment to work on full time basis.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Business Development
- Support company Marketing efforts including online marketing and Search Engine Optimization
- Prospecting for clients
- Handing new client enquiries
- Support development of new Country Markets
- Developing Marketing Tools and Templates
- Research on Products and Services regarding all areas of operations
- Human Resource
- Ensure timely payment of salaries, statutory deductions and company taxes.
- Represent company in meetings with statutory bodies and clients.
- Support in immigration services
- Ensure all operations comply with Local Laws including employment and tax laws.
- Doing Job descriptions
- Posting on own and external job sites
- Preparing contracts
- Doing CV Summaries and coordination of interviews
- Assisting in outsourcing and recruitment of employees by short listing, inviting them for interview and administering aptitude tests
- Ensure staff issues, complaints and queries are attended to in a timely manner.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
The job holder should have the following qualifications;
- A degree or higher diploma in HR or related field.
- At least 1 Year of relevant experience.
- Familiar with labor and employment laws of Nigeria.
- Effective organizational skills.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have good problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Be a great team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
