- Ability to work independently and accurately and to problem solves technical and methodological issues that arise during the research.
- Ability to apply sound research techniques, methodology, and logical critical analysis.
- Superior writing and communication skills, including the ability to contribute to presentations, grant proposals and manuscripts
- Proficiency with appropriate analytic software and tools, SPSS, R-Studio, and Python, in particular
- Ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team environment with minimal supervision
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
