  • The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to assigned senior executives or departmental heads.
  • The role requires excellent coordination, communication, and time management skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective workflow within the department.

Key Deliverables

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for assigned executives.
  • Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
  • Coordinate departmental activities and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and internal communications.
  • Maintain filing systems and records for easy document retrieval.
  • Handle travel logistics and expense reports where applicable.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive office, staff, and external partners.
  • Provide administrative support on special projects or assignments.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3–5years’ relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Time management and prioritization ability.
