- Operational & Administrative Coordination:
- Oversee daily, monthly, and quarterly departmental reporting, ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and proper record- keeping.
- Maintain secure and confidential records, including utilities data, audits, compliance reports, and staff files.
- Coordinate departmental meetings, OSH meetings, Green Engage Committee obligations, and related compliance documentation in line with IHG standards.
- Support Chief/Assistant Chief Engineer in monitoring grooming standards, departmental SOP adherence, and operational discipline.
- Maintenance & Workflow Support:
- Track maintenance issues in guest and back-of-house areas, ensuring swift follow-up, closure, and feedback documentation.
- Maintain and update departmental logs, checklists, and statutory compliance records.
- Coordinate departmental training - scheduled and impromptu, and track team participation.
- Procurement & Inventory:
- Liaise with the procurement team to follow up on engineering materials, tools, and fuel deliveries.
- Assist with stock control, ensuring sufficient supplies and accurate consumption records.
- Workforce Scheduling:
- Manage staff schedules via EnQuest and align them with monthly duty rosters, ensuring updates and adjustments are logged.
- Financial Support:
- Contribute to the preparation of departmental OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
- Support strict control of inventory, tools, and operational materials.
