• Manage and oversee cleaning operations across five different sites, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of sites to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, ensuring that all products are used correctly and safely.
• Coordinate landscaping services as required, ensuring that outdoor areas are well-maintained.
• Liaise with clients to address any specific cleaning or maintenance requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning operations, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and inventory.
• Proven experience in contract cleaning management.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, landscaping, and public space maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license .
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
