Job Summary

  • Are you a dynamic Business Development Manager with a passion for luxury retail? 
  • We are looking for an experienced professional to drive sales growth, strategic partnerships, and exceptional customer experiences in our luxury store.

Salary: N700,000 - N800,000 monthly.

Key Deliverables

  • Sales Growth – Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, expand the customer base, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Customer Engagement – Build lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Market Research – Analyze industry trends, competitors, and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Marketing & Events – Collaborate on campaigns, plan in-store events, and drive foot traffic through promotions and partnerships.
  • Strategic Partnerships – Establish strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and industry professionals for referrals.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with sales teams to provide training and ensure targets are met.
  • Performance Optimization – Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to refine strategies.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Experience: 7 - 10 years in luxury retail and homeware business development

  • Mindset: Strategic, analytical, and results-driven.
