As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and enhancing the restaurant's brand presence within the luxury market. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual with a strong understanding of the high-end dining landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in business development.

• Strategic Planning & Market Analysis:
o Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the restaurant's overall goals.
o Conduct thorough market research to identify potential growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
o Analyze customer demographics and preferences to refine target market strategies.
• Partnership Development & Relationship Management:
o Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with luxury hotels, concierge services, corporate clients, event planners, and high-net-worth individuals.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit.
o Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with the restaurant's brand and objectives.
• Corporate & Private Event Sales:
o Proactively identify and secure corporate events, private dining bookings, and exclusive functions.
o Develop and present customized event proposals that meet the specific needs of clients.
o Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless execution.
• Brand Promotion & Networking:
o Represent the restaurant at industry events, networking functions, and promotional activities.
o Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and attract new clientele.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials.
o Work to increase the restaurants visibility within luxury lifestyle publications and online platforms.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities and client interactions.
o Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage client relationships, and generate insightful reports.
o Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Reporting & Analysis:
o Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
o Analyze data and provide insights to optimize strategies and achieve revenue
targets.
o Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership agreements and marketing initiatives.
