Key Deliverables

Market development and customer expansion:

  • Develop local distribution channels (wholesalers) to promote the distribution of Original equipment manufacturer(OEM)body wash products.
  • Promote OEM services for large customers and local brands in the market, attract potential customers to customize their own brand products.

Sales target achieved:

  • Complete monthly/quarterly sales targets (including double assessment of OEM order volume and finished product sales).
  • Increase order conversion rate through customer visits, product demonstrations and promotions.

Customer relationship maintenance:

  • Regularly follow up OEM customer needs, coordinate production schedule and delivery issues at the factory.
  • Collect feedback from end consumers on product packaging, flavor and pricing to optimize the competitiveness of OEM solutions.

Market intelligence analysis:

  • Investigated the demand trend of local shower gel market, analyzed the OEM price and service quality of competitors, and provided strategic suggestions.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Nigerian nationality, aged 25-40, residing in the target business coverage area.
  • University Degree or above, major in marketing or business management is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

  • More than 3 years FMCG (personal care/daily chemical) sales experience, OEM business promotion experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with local distribution networks, plus customer resources with retailers, community agents or smes.
  • Fluent in English and local languages such as Hausa/Yoruba/Igbo (selected according to business area).
  • Motorcycle/car and valid driver's license, suitable for frequent inter-regional travel.

Core competencies:

  • Keen business negotiation ability, can clearly communicate the price, delivery, customization advantages of OEM production.
  • High pressure resistance, good at developing new customers under limited resources.
  • Skilled in using basic tools such as WhatsApp and Excel for customer management and data reporting.


Special Benefits for this Position

  • Salary structure: N200,000 - N250,000 monthly + transportation allowance.
  • Training support: Provide product knowledge, OEM process and sales skills training.
  • Development opportunities: Those with outstanding performance can be promoted to regional team leaders and participate in the strategic planning of new markets.
